Now I know why people hate to exercise….. :) It hurts, its exhausting, you’re out of shape- When I see my personal trainer, (God bless her body) driving down the long driveway to my house, I want to run and hide. Then we begin the excruciating moment…abs, arms, legs, thighs, etc. But, you know what, it has been the best thing for me- “I look fresh, I look good See my bod-wish you could!”

Isn’t it amazing how good God is…He said that he would always be with us. Being a leader has given me the opportunity to love and know the hearts of thousands of people. Know that I pray for each of you daily…I sow into the lives of my loved ones good things and God’s greatest blessings…Believe It!!!

I was blessed to be on the “Tom Joyner Morning Show” last Wednesday. It was a great feeling to be interviewed “Live” with Roland Martin and Tom Joyner. Those guys have a heart to see black children educated well :) Thank you Tom and Roland.

has been watching Star Trek Deep Space Nine, while working on new music. I was in the studio the other day recorded the music of Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole. Lots of concerts this spring. Blessing to all.

1. Consider each other not only about major decisions but minor ones as well.

2. Be there for one another and let each other know that nothing is more important than the moment.

3. Listen to good music together that draws you closer to each other.

4. Be creative and imaginative with gift giving; not just for holidays and birthdays, but whenever you wish.

5. Constantly keep in touch when you’re apart.
